What Can and Can't I do on Mythodreas?
All Rules apply to Usernames, Signatures, User Profiles, Homepages, Mytho Mails, Pet Names, Clubs, and Forums

The following is a short list of rules for Mythodreas Members and Guests.

• Do not attempt to 'Cheat' or 'Scam' any member. If we find that you have been asking for passwords via any method or source, your account(s) will be Suspended or worse Frozen/Banned.
• Do feel free to ask to become a Moderator/Support/Artist/Writer. Also, feel free to send in applications for things, like programmer, or action scripter.
• Do not blatantly plug other virtual pet sites or other sites you may visit. Meaning, don't just post the URL and say "This site is awesome, go there now!". However, if you can fit it into the discussion at hand, you may share it with us.
• Do not Spam. Spamming includes posting shop/club advertisements on the wrong forum, posting off-topic, repeating messages, or posting something that contributes nothing to the discussion. Additionally, do not send club/shop advertisements to people through Mytho Mail.
• Official decisions made by the staff are not made lightly. However, due to the fact that we are not infallible, you are encouraged to voice your opinions on issues. It's your site too! But, keep in mind, that all staff decisions are reviewed by upper staff and if the decision is deemed just/correct it will stand.
• Do not make vulgar and/or personal attacks. We understand that sometimes people  feel angry or put upon, but do not blatantly or otherwise, put those feelings into words or actions. The end result would be that your account will be Muted/Disabled/Suspended or worse Frozen/Banned.
• Do not pester/beg the staff or other members for things like special gifts/perks/items etc.
• Do not cheat. If you find a bug, don't take advantage of it - report it! Those who report glitches/bugs etc. will be rewarded for their kindness.

Terms and Conditions
It is very important that you (and your parents, if you're under 18) review the following Terms so that you know what you can and cannot do on Mythodreas.  By using this site, you and your parents agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Also, these Terms are subject to change from time to time and it is your responsibility to keep apprised of such changes. Mythodreas is a community members of varying ages and backgrounds. You are here as a guest and you should act accordingly and respect the other guests/members you meet. Here are our basic terms to follow.

1. Mythodreas Is Not A Way To Make Money.
As a guest/member you do not own the accounts, activities, items, ZetaPoints or ZP's, characters, locations, games and characters on the site; they are for you to play with while on the site. Except as permitted by the functionality of this site, you can't sell them (for Money, ZetaPoints or ZP's), or pretend you made them. This means that you cannot try to make Money off the ZetaPoints or ZP's or virtual items in your account or even sell the time it took you to collect such items and ZetaPoints or ZP's. If we find someone selling ZetaPoints or ZP's or items, we will freeze every account controlled by that user and every account of the user who purchased such ZetaPoints or ZP's or items.

2. Play Safely.
This site is visited by many people around the world every month. There may at any given time be many guests/members under age 18, and while Mythodreas has implemented many safeguards to make this a safe site, it is important that you play safely by not giving anyone personally identifiable information such as your e-mail address, physical address, school name, last name, photographs of yourself, instant messenger UserName or telephone number. Also.  make sure that you follow you family's rules for being on the Internet.

3. Mutual Respect .
Remember, people who play on Mythodreas are of all ages and backgrounds. Therefore, all user content and communications on the Mythodreas site are filtered and monitored. So that everyone has a good time, you understand and agree that you will not post or send through the site any words, images or links containing or relating to:
¤ profanity, obscenities ("swear words"), sexual content (express or implied, including inappropriate acts with or by your characters for "Real" or in Role Play)
¤ cybering
¤ romance/dating - romance/dating is anything that leads to inappropriate behavior between yourself and another person, kissing, snuggling, anything that would be deemed a PDA, or Public display of Affection. While generic holding hands, kiss on the cheek or quick hugs are okay, pretty much anything else would be off limits. This is for your safety, so your attention to this rule is very important.
¤ attacks, comments, or opinions about other people or things that slander, defame, threaten, insult or harass another person
¤ gangs, gang-slang, or the promotion of gangs
¤ chat rooms or links to sites with chat rooms
¤ promotions offering prizes of any sort (including chain letters or any kind of non site related giveaway)
¤ materials created by someone else without their express written permission
¤ information that might identify another user offsite, thus violating Rule 2.
¤ material regarding political, social, or religious views or opinions with the intent to argue, harass or hurt other individuals or groups.
¤ Character names, account UserNames, store fronts, or any descriptions or names that would be considered inappropriate under our Terms and Conditions
¤ "cheats" or "hacks", or information or links to sites claiming to have these
¤ requests for user passwords
¤ requests for Money by using your Mythodreas, ZetaPoints or ZP's or any other Mythodreas property on third party sites or your personal websites (including Ebay)
¤ scams of any kind (including requests for users to change their email address)
¤ "spamming" (repeatedly posting the same message)
¤ anything that suggests it's from a member of the Mythodreas staff
¤ trying to test Mythodreas' message filters (or encouraging others to do so)
¤ other information that Mythodreas deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate for this site

BEWARE: If you do any of the above we may suspend you from using your account for up to 72 hours or freeze/ban your account permanently. Please note that depending on your account history and the type of infraction, you may be frozen or suspended for breaking the rules and that you WILL be frozen for multiple infractions. Also, you will not necessarily be warned prior to being frozen. This is your warning.

4. You MAY have Up to Six (6)Accounts TOTAL Per IP But you may find you can  only keep up with one (1) or two (2) (NOTE -  You may want to make sure you leave room for family members/friends/siblings. We find that two accounts are more than sufficient for most members/guests. If a friend or family member wishes to sign up using your computer or a school computer while that is acceptable, you must make sure to notify staff and have the user make note on their profile, so that you aren't banned for multiple account abuse.

5. Cheating Is Not Allowed.
If you use cheat programs or refreshers on any of the Mythodreas games, including non-Mythodreas software or programs, we will freeze/ban all of your accounts.

6. Mythodreas Use Of Member Submitted Materials
By uploading or otherwise submitting any materials to us, and/or the Site, you (and your parents, if you're under age 18) automatically grant (or agree that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) it becomes the property of  Mythodreas with exclusive use, to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and/or distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology. (In addition, you agree that all rights to those materials have been waived.)

7. Communications From Mythodreas.
You understand that, as part of playing on Mythodreas.com site, you may receive e-mail from Mythodreas.com that lets you know when certain events happen with your characters, etc. You also agree that occasionally Mythodreas.com can send you special offers that you are under no obligation to accept.

8. Scamming Is Not Tolerated.
Attempting to gain access to someone else's account and/or account information, or trying to get other people's passwords is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Your account (characters, shops, etc.) will be deleted and you will be permanently frozen/banned from the site.

9. Inactive Accounts
Mythodreas reserves the right to permanently terminate any account for inactivity including accounts with ZetaPoints or ZP's items or other items or privileges that may have been licensed through the payment of money to us or our licensing partners. Currently, our policy is to terminate any account that has not been active for 6 - 12 Months.

10. Profiles and Home Pages. Profiles and Home Pages MAY be personalized within the context of the site rules, but MUST conform in two areas, the user links must be on the left hand side, and the user information content box information must remain at the bottom, this allows for all profiles to be moderated and checked for content and rule violations and to make it easier for all staff and users to navigate in and out of other users profiles.
